Steamed prawns wrapped in the finest Spanish air dried ham with rocket and aioli

Miniature minced lamb kebabs char grilled and wrapped in flat bread with tomato chilli jam, herbs and tahini yogurt

Chicken & Pork kebabs
Chargrilled Miniature Kebabs marinated in Spanish/Moroccan spices

Potato Tortilla
Traditional potato tortilla (with artichoke hearts and pimento?) and whiskey sauce

Traditional brochettes
Chicken liver or kidney and pancetta brochettes with a devilish sauce dip (served in a brick pastry cone)

Sticky Spanish sausages
Mini merguez sausages cooked in Rioja and honey until rich and sticky

Carrot Arancini
Crisp balls of carrot risotto served with carrot hummus

Prawns Pil Pil
Prawns cooked in fruity olive oil, with garlic, chilli, herbs and a dash of sherry.

Cooked with traditional Spanish/Moorish spices served with almond and coriander couscous.

With a good meaty base topped with chicken and big juicy prawns

Fattoush style salad with tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, radish, baby spinach, lemon, mint, parsley and bread (fried and crunchy)
Contemporary potato salad..with red onion, petit pois and tarragon.
Quinoa with feta, pomegranate, fennel, butternut squash, chervil, baby leaves, basil and parsley.
Fruity tabbouleh with apricot, raisins, dates, pine nuts, pistachios, spring onions, spices and coriander.
